The Fitbit I purchased was NOT as described. It wouldn't power on, plus it was dirty/dusty along the band attached. The charger inside was absolutely filthy and covered in muck, definitely did not feel comfortable in handling it. Communication was hit and miss with this seller which was also very disheartening. Buyers BEWARE, please take a moment to read previous reviews, I wish I had. The item is currently in transit back to the seller, so I hope I receive a refund soon.

    Amazing product!

    I had a charge 3 before which I liked but it never seemed bright enough and then it died so I went on the hunt for a new fitbit when I came across the charge 4 and it was only a little more price wise then a charge 3, I thought I'll get it bonus all my new bands for my charge 3 work on the charge 4 as well plus the charge 4 keeps track of more things! I love it, so glad I splurged a little on myself!

    Fitbit great, purchase plan is pathetic

    Fitbit is great, everything I expected. Received this in a timely manner. Purchased a protection plan with this for I broke my last Fitbit 4 and had no protection. Have not yet received the purchase plan from AllState and have reached out twice & have yr to receive any messages from them. Very disappointed
